When you register, we collect your name, email address, and account role. This lets us authenticate you and personalize your experience.

Organizers create traveler records (name, email, dietary needs, etc.) to manage their trips. Travelers receive a secure access link; they do not need an account.

Trip content — itineraries, announcements, packing lists, expenses, and FAQs — is stored so organizers and invited travelers can access it. Only the organizer and authorized travelers can view a trip.

Organizers and travelers may upload documents and payment proof (receipts, screenshots). These are stored to support coordination and verification and are visible only within the relevant trip.

Users can control which optional notifications they receive. Mandatory notices (security, legal, payment-related) are always delivered regardless of preferences.

We collect basic usage and product analytics to improve the service and understand how features are used. This may include which pages you view, how you move through the service, and whether you completed a particular step (such as creating a trip or publishing it).

When you consent, we may also use third-party analytics and advertising tools to measure the effectiveness of our marketing and to show you relevant advertisements on other platforms. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. You can accept or reject these non-essential tools at any time from the consent banner shown when you first visit the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Platform payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by $Pamoja Trips. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.

We use local storage and essential cookies for session continuity, authentication, and your preferences. These are necessary for the service to function and do not require consent.

With your consent, we may use non-essential analytics and advertising cookies and similar technologies (for example, via third-party advertising platforms). These allow us and our partners to measure marketing performance and show you relevant ads. No advertising or non-essential analytics technology loads before you have accepted it through the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Specific third-party advertising or analytics platforms are activated only when we have enabled them and you have consented. We will not claim a particular platform is in use before it is actually active.

Data is collected to provide the service, authenticate users, coordinate trips, communicate updates, and process platform purchases.

• To operate and maintain your trip workspaces.
• To send transactional and (with consent) promotional communications.
• To process platform publishing fees and subscriptions.
• To provide support and respond to requests.

We use trusted service providers (such as Stripe for payments and email delivery providers) who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

$Pamoja Trips retains personal and trip information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Users may request deletion of eligible personal information by contacting support@PamojaTrips.com. Some information may be retained when required for security, financial recordkeeping, legal compliance, or backup integrity.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. We do not claim specific security certifications or encryption standards that have not been verified.

Promotional emails require your consent. You can manage preferences or unsubscribe at any time. Transactional emails (account, security, payment) are always sent regardless of marketing consent.

$Pamoja Trips is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

$Pamoja Trips and its service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where a user lives. Where this occurs, $Pamoja Trips relies on the safeguards provided by its service providers and applicable law.
