Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use $Pamoja Trips as an organizer. Travelers accessing a trip portal do not need an account but must use their secure access link responsibly.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of trip content, traveler communications, and any payment instructions they share. Organizers must comply with applicable laws when collecting funds or coordinating payments from travelers.

Travelers access trip information through a secure, personalized link. Travelers should not share their access link. Access may be revoked by the organizer at any time.

• You will not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• You will not upload malware, harass others, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.
• You will not scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

$Pamoja Trips sells access to digital planning and publishing services. No physical goods are shipped. See our Digital Service Delivery Policy.

Explorer ($10 USD per trip) and Organizer ($19 USD per trip) are one-time publishing purchases for a single trip. They do not automatically renew. A one-time purchase grants publishing access for the selected trip only.

Professional ($99 USD per year) is a recurring organizer subscription. It renews automatically each year until canceled. See our Cancellation Policy.

The Professional subscription renews annually at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals.

For full details, see our Cancellation Policy. Per-trip purchases do not renew. Professional may be canceled at any time and remains active through the end of the current billing period.

Refund eligibility for platform purchases is described in our Refund and Dispute Policy.

Payments to organizers and third-party vendors are completed outside of Pamoja Trips. Pamoja Trips helps coordinate and record payment status but does not process, receive, hold, transfer, or guarantee those funds.

Any dispute involving an external payment must be resolved with the organizer or vendor who received the funds. $Pamoja Trips cannot reverse, guarantee, or refund those payments.

Trip content may include links to external websites, payment portals, and vendor services. $Pamoja Trips does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites, their availability, or their practices.

You retain ownership of content you upload (documents, receipts, photos). You grant $Pamoja Trips a limited license to display it within your trip workspace. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share uploaded content.

$Pamoja Trips owns the platform software, branding, logo, interface designs, and original platform content. Organizers retain ownership of the trip content they create, and travelers retain ownership of content they upload. Users grant $Pamoja Trips only the limited permission necessary to host, process, and display that content for operation of the service.

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and events outside our control may cause downtime.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that external payment links will remain valid or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, $Pamoja Trips will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from external payments made outside the platform.

Customers should first contact support@PamojaTrips.com so $Pamoja Trips has an opportunity to review and resolve the concern. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law. Any unresolved dispute will be handled in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction over the matter.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users. Continued use after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. The appropriate governing law and jurisdiction may depend on the customer's location and any mandatory consumer-protection requirements.
